Mr. Ze'ev Kirshenboim
President and Active Chairman, Board of Directors
One of the founders of ACS Motion Conttrol, Mr. Kirshenboim has served as our Director, President, and Chief Executive Officer since 1987. He has also served as our Chief Financial Officer since April, 1999.
From 1984 until 1987, Mr. Kirshenboim served as a project leader for K&S, a subsidiary of Kulicke & Soffa Industries, Inc., in Horsham, Pennsylvania. His duties included heading up the development of electronic hardware for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. From 1982 through 1984, Mr. Kirshenboim served as a design engineer for the Israel Authority for Armament Development, and developed missile servo systems. From 1979 through 1981, Mr. Kirshenboim served as a design engineer for Kulicke & Soffa Industries, Inc., in Horsham, Pennsylvania, developing high-speed servo systems for high-speed wire bonders.
Mr. Jacob Engel
Member, Board of Directors
One of the founders of ACS Motion Conttrol, Mr. Engel has served as a Director since 1987, and as Chairman of the Board from June, 2000. Since 1992, Mr. Engel has been serving as Chief Executive Officer and controlling shareholder of several companies in the Engel Construction Group, a group of publicly traded real estate development companies, and affiliates. Mr. Engel serves as a director in several companies under his control.
Mr. Shmuel Olek
Member, Board of Directors
Mr. Olek has been a member of our Board of Directors since October 1999. With a Ph.D in mechanical engineering, Mr. Olek owns and manages J-ROM Ltd., a company specializing in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
Up to 2001 he served in a senior research capacity as head of the energy storage and computational mechanics group at the Israel Electric Corporation.
Mr. Eli Dayan
Member, Board of Directors, CPA (Israel)
Mr. Dayan has been a member of our Board of Directors since April 2003. Mr. Dayan owns and manages an accounting firm in Haifa, Israel, which he established in 1973. Mr. Dayan is also a member of the board of directors of Engel Trade Centers Ltd., a public company under the control of Mr. Jacob Engel, who is the Chairman of the ACS Motion Control Board of Directors. Since 2000 Mr. Dayan has been a member of the Center for Arbitration and Mediation of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel (ICPAI).
Mr. Ze’ev Ritman
Member, Board of Directors
Mr. Ritman has been a member of our Board of Directors since June 2000. Mr. Ritman heads a department in RAPHAEL – the Israel Armament Development Authority. He holds an M.Sc in mechanical engineering from the Technion Institute in Haifa, Israel, and a Ph.D in mechanical engineering and mechanics from the Drexel University in Philadelphia, U.S.A.
Mr. Avraham Yoskovitz

Mr Yoskovitz has been a member of our Board of directors since June 2006. Currently serves as Customer Logistics Support Manager for Rafael Armament Development Authority Ltd., after having held several management positions in Rafael. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Ms. Alexandra Pluber
Member, Board of directors
Ms Pluber has been a member of our Board of directors since January 1, 2005. Ms. Pluber is a CPA (Israel) since 1981, with an accounting and business degree from the Bar-Ilan University, Israel. Ms. Pluber is the owner of an accounting firm and is experienced in auditing, internal and external control issues, accounting regulations and management of trusts.
