Ze’ev Kirshenboim
President and Active Chairman, Board of Directors
Mr. Kirshenboim is the founder of ACS. He has almost three decades of experience in motion control, product development, sales and management. Prior to founding ACS, he had developed servo control systems and managed engineering teams at Kulicke & Soffa, designed servo systems for defense applications at Rafael, the Israeli Authority for Armament Development, and taught electronics and control to The Israeli Air Force technicians. Mr. Kirshenboim holds a BSc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology, Haifa, Israel, and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and Recanati School of Business, Tel-Aviv University.

Dror Marom
CEO
Mr. Marom joined the company on February 2001 as product marketing manager. He has served as our Chief Operations Officer since October 2002, and Chief Executive Officer since January 2007. Prior to joining us he served as product manager and operation line manager at Kulicke & Soffa Industries Inc., a leading supplier of equipment for the semiconductor industry. Mr. Marom holds a B.Sc. and a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology, Haifa, Israel and an MBA from the University of Haifa.

Tamir Friedrich
VP Research and Development
Mr. Friedrich joined The Company on April 2007. Mr. Friedrich is a seasoned manager with many years of experience in initiating and leading large scale teams as a VP of R&D and as a CEO, primarily in data and wireless communication. He held senior technical and managerial positons in several companies, among them Elbit Systems Ltd., Fibrobics Ltd. Geotek Inc. and Ltd. ACL Ltd., Witcom Ltd. Mr. Friedrich holds a BSc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology, Haifa, Israel.

Dorit Ringelstein
VP Finance
Ms. Ringelstein joined ACS Motion Control in November 1997. Prior to joining us, she served as a senior auditor in the public accounting firms of Margalit Roth and Co. and Ronel Stettner and Co. as a certified public accountant, Ms. Ringelstein holds a B.Sc. in accounting from William Paterson College, and a B.A. in Psychology and English from the University of Haifa.

Ilana Kirshenboim
VP Human Resources
Ms. Kirshenboim joined ACS Motion Control in January 1990. From 1976 until 1990 Ms. Kirshenboim was in charge of Human Resources Planning and Corporate Taxes for the Israel Electricity Company. Ms. Kirshenboim holds a B.Sc. in statistics from the University of Haifa.

Eyal Segev
Director of Sales
Mr. Segev joined ACS Motion Control in October 2004 as Product marketing manager. Since January 2008 he acts as the Director of Sales for Europe and Asia territories. From 1997 to 2004 Mr. Segev served several positions in the Israeli Air Force in the fields of Mechanical and Civil engineering. Mr. Segev holds a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology, Haifa, Israel and an MBA from the University of Haifa.
