What advantages will using ACS Motion Control products provide for you?
- All ACS Motion Control products feature servo control algorithm execution at a fixed rate of 20kHz for each axis. This performance is guaranteed, regardless of the number of axes, and provides very wide bandwidth for exceptional dynamic tracking, fast settling, and very low ripple at low velocities.
- Our proprietary motion language enables implementation of highly complex motion-time-event sequences, with accurate positioning and timing. A program can run directly in the controller or can be implemented in a host PC application using C, C , and COM libraries for Visual Basic, LabView and more.
- All ACS Motion Control products are supplied with digital and analog I/O. The digital inputs can be used for hardware-based position registration, and the digital outputs can be used to trigger position-based events with sub-microsecond delays.
- ACS Motion Control also supplies a robust suite of software tools to quickly setup, tune and program your controller. Application development is a snap with the integrated soft- Scope and multi-axis simulator. Comprehensive application motion analysis is available with the Frequency Response Analyzer.
