Take your next generation equipment’s high-precision motion control system to the next level with new multi-axis controller and drive products in ACS’ SPiiPlus Platform (UDMma), Economical Control Module series (ECMma), and Intelligent Drive Module series (IDMma). UDMma

The latest Universal Drive Module and member of the SPiiPlus Platform EtherCAT-based motion control ecosystem is a dual/quad-axis drive with up to 10/20A current output per axis at 150Vdc bus, or up to 15/30A current output per axis at 100Vdc bus. Operating under any SPiiPlus EtherCAT motion controller, the UDMma is ideal for controlling high-precision multi-axis motion subsystems (XX’YZ, XYZT, XYZ…) in sophisticated semiconductor manufacturing, electronics manufacturing, and biomed inspection equipment.

 

ECMma

The ECMma all-in-one motion controller with integrated drives is designed to provide cost effective, high-performance control of small- to medium-sized OEM machines with up to 4 medium- to high-precision motion axes. Ideal for inspection, metrology, and pick-and-place applications in electronics, biomedical, and optics processing equipment, the ECMma provides up to 10/20A current output per axis at 150Vdc bus, or up to 15/30A current output per axis at 100Vdc bus. Its compact industrial package offers significant footprint advantages over competing panel-mount controller and drive solutions in the same power range.

 

IDMma

For machine builders using non-ACS EtherCAT control systems and high-precision motion stages, the IDMma provides a 2- or 4-axis DS402 EtherCAT drive package capable of achieving sub-micron accuracy and repeatability and nanometer-level resolution. With powerful real-time programming functionality, dynamic error compensation features, sophisticated control algorithms, and performance optimization tools, the IDMma offers a higher level of servo performance than practically all other EtherCAT drives in the market.
