About The Position
ACS Motion Control (Europe), a member of the Physik Instrumente (PI) group, is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer with motion control skills and experience based in Western Europe. This position includes business development, technical sales, and account management in growing fields of the laser and semiconductor industry. In this position, you will work closely with a dynamic and international team of sales and application engineers, and you can actively lead customer projects to success.

Requirements
- Engineering education in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics or similar
- 2- 3 years of experience in active sales or application engineering as well as strong technical background and interest
- High customer and service orientation, enthusiasm for sales, technology, and fun in dealing with customers.
- High level of team spirit, self-assured demeanor, high willingness to travel, flexibility, and resilience
- Communication skills and good command of spoken and written English
- Fluent in German is mandatory, French, Dutch or Italian is an advantage
- Proactive sales activities to win new customers and development of projects in Western Europe with a focus on DACH countries
- Support and expansion of existing customer base
- Technical advice and clarification of customer questions and requirements
- Close cooperation with marketing, application, and R&D departments
- Intensive collaboration with partners and distributors

Die ACS Motion Control GmbH sucht einen technischen Vertriebsingenieur/in mit Motion-Control-Kenntnissen für die Region West-Europa mit Fokus auf DACH. Die Position beinhaltet Business Development, technischen Vertrieb und Account Management in den stabil wachsenden Märkten der Laser – und Halbleiterindustrie. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit einem internationalen und dynamischen Team von Vertriebs- und Applikationsingenieuren kannst Du Kundenprojekte aktiv zum Erfolg führen.

Deine Aufgaben
- Proaktiver Vertrieb und Neukundengewinnung in Europa mit Fokus auf die DACH-Region
- Vorantreiben der laufenden Kundenprojekte
- Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Kundenbasis
- Technische Beratung, sowie Abklärung von Fragen und Anforderungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Applikations-, F&E- und Marketing-Teams
- Intensive Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern und Distributoren
Dein Profil:
- Studium der Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im aktiven Vertrieb oder als Applikationsingenieur/in mit tieferem technischen Verständnis und Interesse.
- Hohe Kundenorientierung und Dienstleistungsbereitschaft, Begeisterung für Vertrieb und Technologien und Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden
- Hohe Teambereitschaft, Teamgeist, selbstsicheres Auftreten, Reisebereitschaft, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
- Sicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Französische, holländische oder italienische Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus
