The MP4Unt Control Module is a modular, configurable control system containing a motion controller, power supply, and drives. It is designed to meet the needs of OEMs with demanding multi-axis motion control applications. Its unique multi-processor architecture leverages powerful profile generation and servo control algorithms to maximize motion system performance. At the same time, its universal servo drive technology allows the system designer to control almost any type of motor or stage. As an EtherCAT master, it is optimized to control any ACS products within the SPiiPlus Platform and any other EtherCAT controller utilizing the DS402 protocol.
